Benefits Schedule

Donor benefits are paid from a portion of the benefits received. Chapter donors will receive their benefits according to the following schedule:

Diamond Donors

After 1^st payment: National dues paid, Chapter shirt order submitted

After 2^nd payment: National Convention registration paid

After 4^th payment: National Convention airfare paid

After 6^h payment: Primary Space SIG conference registration paid

After 7^h payment: Primary Space SIG conference airfare paid

After 11^h payment: National Convention hotel fees available

After 14^h payment: Primary Space SIG conference hotel fees available

Platinum Donors

After 1^st payment: National dues paid

After 2^nd payment: Chapter shirt order submitted

After 4^th payment: National Convention or Primary Space SIG conference registration paid

After 9^th payment: National Convention or Primary Space SIG conference airfare paid

After 16^th payment: National Convention or Primary Space SIG conference hotel fees available

Gold Donors

After 2^nd payment: National dues paid

After 4^th payment: Fall Regional Conference registration paid

After 11^th payment: Fall Regional Conference airfare paid

After 16^th payment: Fall Regional Conference hotel fees available

After 18^th payment: Chapter shirt order submitted

Silver Donors

After 3^rd payment: National dues paid

After 7^th payment: Fall Regional Conference registration paid

After 12^th payment: Chapter shirt order submitted

Additional Donor Notes:

In the event that a person signs up too late for a particular benefit to be received during the current year, that benefit will be applied to the following year. For instance, if a person becomes a Silver Donor in February, after the PDC has already taken place, they will receive $100 towards the next year’s PDC registration. Similarly, if a person becomes a Silver Donor on October 1, they have signed up before the PDC, but their PDC benefit will not activate until after the PDC. Consequently, their PDC benefit will be applied to the following year’s PDC.

If a chapter donor is not interested in a particular benefit (e.g. cannot attend any conferences), that donor can have their benefit redirected towards payment of any NSBE expense on their behalf, or can have the associated funds redirected towards any chapter budget line item.
