The National Society of Black Engineers is deeply committed to mentoring activity at all levels. In particular, the Houston Space Chapter is launching its college mentorship program. The plan is to acquire the help and knowledge of space industry professionals in helping to guide current undergraduate students towards making the right decisions for their professional development. We would like to ask all interested chapter members to fill out an application. From this information we will match NSBE-HSC members with undergraduate students who have similar educational and career interests. Mentors will assist in answering any questions mentees have about their undergraduate and post-undergraduate plans (contact will occur primarily through email). Any professional’s advice and guidance would be a tremendous help to the young engineers, scientists, doctors, entrepreneurs, etc. of the future.

program will kick off with a mentoring mixer sponsored by the
