Chapter Committees
Commitees are the rubber meets the road part of the chapter. Our committees are responsible for organizing our various projects and activities, and performing other behind the scenes work to make Houston Space one of the best chapters in the National Society of Black Engineers. Committee membership is open to all members and is the best way for a new member to become part of the chapter. Committee membership is also an excellent way for persons who cannot attend chapter meetings to remain connected with the chapter. Certain committees are also the place to obtain training in career-enhancing skills.
We recommend that each member join one committee. You may join as many as you wish, but recommend joining no more than three committees.
